As CEO, Mr. Saracini is responsible for Aravo’s overall vision, strategy, planning and execution. He has more than 20 years of sales, operations and executive leadership experience building profitable, high growth software companies.
Most recently Mr. Saracini served as Aravo COO, with global P&L responsibility for product strategy, engineering, marketing, sales, channels, alliances, professional services, hosting operations and customer support. Prior, he was Vice President, International for SumTotal Systems, a software-as-a-service HCM leader, delivering talent management solutions. As a member of the executive staff, he was responsible for driving global expansion outside the United States in Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and Japan, contributing to public company revenues in excess of $100 million. Prior, Mr. Saracini served as Vice President & General Manager, Americas for RightNow Technologies, a software-as-a-service CRM leader delivering customer experience management solutions, contributing to public company revenues in excess of $140 million. Earlier, Mr. Saracini served in a number of senior leadership positions with Siebel Systems, Computer Associates, AT&T Capital and GRID Systems.
Mr. Saracini attended the University of Texas at Dallas studying Business Administration and Finance and continued with executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Southern Methodist University.
Mr. Albinson is the company’s Founder and Chairman. He launched Aravo in 2000, developing the firm’s initial strategy, financing, product roadmap and client base. Mr. Albinson served as Aravo’s CEO from 2000 to 2010, overseeing the firm’s successful evolution from pioneering startup to market leader in the third-party management space.
Prior to Aravo, Mr. Albinson worked in finance with Goldman Sachs as a member of the Institutional Client Services group in the Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities division (FICC).
Mr. Albinson holds an MBA from the Haas School at the University of California at Berkeley and a BA in English literature from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Ms. Allan leads Aravo Solution’s global marketing initiatives including brand, corporate communications, digital marketing, thought leadership, demand generation and business development activities.
Ms. Allan brings more than a decade of marketing leadership experience in the GRC space, building brand recognition, thought-leadership and revenue-accelerating marketing programs at companies including Thomson Reuters, SAI Global, the Global Association of Risk Professionals, Practical Law Company and Complinet. At Thomson Reuters, Ms. Allan was part of the senior leadership team that rapidly built the GRC and Risk Division from its inception and also helped launch Thomson Reuters’ Org ID KYC Managed Service. She led a global marketing team responsible for marketing communications, product marketing, marketing operations and customer insight, with their efforts being recognized with the award of Oracle’s Global Markies ‘Marketing Center of Excellence’ in 2013. In her tenure she oversaw and moderated at the company’s Governance, Risk and Compliance Regulatory Summits in London, Singapore and the US.
Kimberley graduated from Massey University in New Zealand with a Bachelor of Arts, English; a Diploma Media Studies (Distinction), Media Studies; and a Master of Philosophy (1st Class Hons), Business Communications.
Marty Clough leads Aravo’s sales business and is responsible for new customer acquisition, existing customer relationships, and customer satisfaction. He brings 20 years of experience in audit, risk and compliance spanning the gamut from internal audit practitioner to business consultant, from technology strategist to sales leader.
The former head of Risk and Compliance assets at Thomson Reuters where Marty led strategy for the Governance Risk & Compliance content and technology business, he has led global teams contributing to success stories for customers in implementing technology to support functions such as Internal Audit, Operational Risk, Regulatory Compliance, and Third Party Risk Management. Marty has also led sales, product, and consulting teams at Paisley Consulting and SAI Global, and was the Internal Audit Manager of Operations at Fairview Health Services in Minneapolis, MN.
Marty is passionate about leveraging technology to solve business problems and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of risk and compliance programs.
Mr. Hensley is responsible for technical delivery of Aravo’s product offerings, including Engineering, QA and Hosting Operations. He has over 15 years experience in the development and delivery of Enterprise SaaS offerings with a special focus on supply chain management and intelligence solutions.
Before joining Aravo, Mr. Hensley served as Sr. Director of Technical Operations at Instill Corporation, where he developed infrastructure and integration solutions for supply chain intelligence systems in the foodservice industry. Mr. Hensley joined Instill in 2002 and was instrumental in the development and deployment of highly scalable SaaS solutions responsible for processing the majority of daily foodservice transactions in North America. Prior to that, Mr. Hensley served as Director of Technical Operations at ShipServ Ltd., where he was responsible for the development and deployment of one of the earliest SaaS transactional business exchanges, focused on the maritime shipping industry. While at ShipServ, Mr. Hensley led the development and adoption of MTML, an XML-based transactional document standard now widely deployed in the shipping industry.
Mr. Hensley holds a BA in Astrophysics with a specialization in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
Based in London, Anna Mazzone leads and drives Aravo’s global expansion and is responsible for building operations together with direct and partner channels internationally. She also leads growth initiatives and client engagement across financial services, bringing with her over 20 years’ financial services industry experience in the international markets.
The former Global Head of KYC Managed Services at Thomson Reuters, Anna founded and grew Thomson Reuters’ Org ID KYC Managed Service, leading a team of more than 150 staff and managing clients in more than 80 countries.
Ms. Mazzone’s deep domain expertise in Technology for Financial markets (FinTech), GRC (Governance Risk & Compliance technologies), and KYC as well as Know Your Supplier/Vendor (KYS/KYV) has contributed to significant growth at companies including BAML, Thomson Reuters, CME Group, Markit and Trunomi.
Anna is on the Board of the Non-profit, Junior League of London, having supported the organization for over 14 years, on the Advisory Board for Trunomi, and is a business mentor for Level39 London Accelerator. In 2016 Anna was named in Innovate Finance’s “Women in Fintech Powerlist” which recognizes women who are playing a vital role in the development of the global Fintech sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science, Finance and Insurance from the University of South Carolina – Darla Moore School of Business.
Stacy’s raison d’être is to support the success of Aravo’s customers. She is responsible for delivering successful implementations across the globe, together with leading our on-going collaboration with customers to ensure their long-term vision and goals are achieved.
Stacy leads a team of deep domain experts including program directors, consultants, project managers, and technical and configuration specialists who are all committed to delivering excellence and client satisfaction. Her core focus is to work collaboratively with our customers and to ensure we are partnering with them to support their success.
Stacy has spent more than 17 years in the procurement, spend control and third party risk management software space. Prior to joining Aravo in 2012, Stacy delivered a range of successful complex projects at Perfect Commerce, Ketera and Deem.
Stacy holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.
Ms. Philippon is responsible for leading the financial, human resources and legal functions of Aravo.
She joined Aravo in 2008 as Corporate Controller. Prior she served as Controller and CFO for Neocase Software, a leading provider of integrated HR and Finance service delivery solutions. Earlier she served in a number of finance leadership positions at Art Technology Group, Unify Corporation France and GC Tech, SA.
With more than 20 years of experience in the software industry, she has extensive understanding of the SaaS business and delivery model, related key performance metrics, and business value drivers for Aravo’s customers.
Ms. Philippon holds a Master of Science, Management and Finance from ESCP Europe Business School.
David Rusher, Senior Vice President, Product Strategy and Alliances Mr. Rusher is responsible for Aravo’s product strategy and management. His over 17 years of experience in the enterprise software industry spans across most functional areas of business including engineering, product management, product marketing, solutions consulting and sales leadership.
Most recently, Mr. Rusher served as SVP of Enterprise Feedback at Market Tools where he was responsible for global sales of MarketTools CustomerSat™ Enterprise Feedback Management solution. Prior to MarketTools, Mr. Rusher worked with RightNow Technologies – a leading provider of SaaS Customer Experience Management solutions. He initially served as Vice President of Solutions Consulting for the Americas where he worked closely with Product Management and Engineering to influence and prioritize key features and capabilities, addressing functional gaps and innovations based on market demand; he was promoted to Vice President of Sales for the Eastern U.S. and Latin America. Prior to that, he held various solutions leadership roles during a 9 year period with Siebel Systems, culminating in the role of Director, Industry Solutions.
Mr. Rusher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Oklahoma City University.
