Aravo Hires New Vice President of Marketing

O’Neill rounds out seasoned management team as a 17-year marketing veteran with expertise in SaaS, green technology, enterprise companies

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, December 10, 2008 – Aravo Solutions, Inc., the leading provider of on-demand Supplier Information Management (SIM) software and services, today announced that it has hired Paige O’Neill as the company’s vice president of marketing. With more than 17 years of marketing experience, O’Neill will lead all of Aravo’s marketing efforts, including marketing strategy, product marketing, communications, and branding. She will also join the company’s executive management team.

O’Neill is a marketing industry veteran, and has led marketing departments for both venture-backed startups and global technology firms. Prior to joining Aravo, she was senior vice president of marketing at GreenRoad Technologies, where she successfully repositioned the company as a green technology leader. She also served as senior vice president of marketing and product development at PHH Arval (NYSE: PHH), where she revitalized their brand in a commoditized marketplace. Previously she spent more than a decade at Oracle Corporation, leading a variety of marketing initiatives, including Oracle’s first SaaS offerings which she helped build into Oracle’s fastest growing business. O’Neill started her career in PR, managing global database PR for Oracle and helping launch the IBM Internet Division and its first electronic commerce and Internet payment products.

Paige holds Master of Arts (ABD) and Bachelor of Arts degrees in political science from the University of Kentucky, and spent a year in New York University’s Media Ecology Ph.D. program studying how technology affects culture.
