Business Development Representative (SaaS)

Location: San Francisco, CA | United States

The Role:

Aravo is growing fast and recognizes the importance of building a world-class team to fuel our continued success. With significant investment and strong leadership to expand our business, it’s a tremendous time to be joining the Aravo team.

This is a critically important role, as you will often be the first touchpoint our future clients have with Aravo. First impressions count, and you will need to be informed, responsive and engaging.

Aside from being the first point of contact for prospects, you will be responsible for enabling and optimizing sales team execution, productivity and performance through the management of inbound leads, management of appointment setting agencies, list generation and outbound support, RFI and RFP response support as well as SFDC and other sales support tools administration. You will also support and operationalize continued operations improvement projects.

The overall goal of this job is to engage prospects, and assist the sales team in the attainment of sales goals through implementing supporting processes and generating early stage pipeline activity that positively impacts sales team productivity, efficiency, effectiveness and results.

Senior Consultant (SaaS Implementation & Delivery)

Location: Dallas, San Francisco, Portland, London, or Remote (USA)

The Role:

Aravo is growing fast and recognizes the importance of building a world-class team to fuel our continued success. With significant investment and strong leadership to expand our business, it’s a tremendous time to be joining the Aravo team.

The Senior Consultant will join our Professional Services team to assist in implementation and services projects for Aravo customers. You will be responsible for the technical implementation delivery of third party risk management systems for enterprise clients, which involves configuring the Aravo platform, creating training documentation, and testing software. Strong communication is critical for this role, as you will need to communicate client enhancement and support requests to the product team and advocate for timely updates.

Strategic Account Manager (SaaS)

Location: Dallas, TX | United States

The Role:

The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for handling our strategic accounts. These accounts make up the highest percentage of company revenue, and the strategic account manager must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client. They will be the lead point of contact for all strategic client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for client are met, and help the client succeed. The strategic account manager is also responsible for bringing in expansion business from existing clients.
