No two companies manage their Third Party Risk and Compliance programs exactly the same way.
While some clients elect for pre-built applications that offer best-in-class templates and can be deployed in days, not weeks, others with complex, global deployments benefit from the support of Aravo’s highly experienced Services team and the deep domain experience they bring to the project.
The mission of the Aravo Services team is to work closely with customers to configure, extend, and integrate the Aravo Enterprise platform to meet each customer’s unique business goals and requirements for Third Party Risk Management.
In all its work, the Aravo Services team follows industry best practices—practices honed by Aravo over more than a decade of providing Third Party Risk and Compliance solutions to Global 2000 companies.
Aravo services customers are assigned a dedicated Services team comprising a project manager, a senior consultant, and two or more configuration specialists.
To deliver measurable value quickly, the team works with the customer to implement solutions in a series of defined phases.
Kick-off sessions to establish the project charter, identify the compliance risks that need to be addressed, and define project objectives and criteria for success.
Custom configuration of the Aravo Platform based on use cases defined by customer stakeholders working with the Services team.
Integration of the Aravo Platform with business systems such as Ariba, Oracle, or SAP, as needed.
Development of test cases and training material.
Testing and deployment of the completed solution.
At the heart of GRC is the idea of integrity. Corporations who comply with laws like the FCPA are designing and implementing policies to conduct themselves with integrity. And in every service project we take on, we strive to operate with that same integrity: being transparent with customers about best practices and requirements, and then keeping our word about schedules, costs, and workloads.
