Technical Account Manager (TAM)
For customers that desire a more hands-on technical resource for ad hoc assistance, a Technical Account Manager can be retained who uniquely understands a customer's environment, its configurations and integrations. A TAM is:
- Highly technical and can assist the customer with configuration changes in a hands-on manner within their environment
- Deeply involved and understands both the nuances of the customer's environment and the Aravo application, and will have very specific knowledge of how changes will impact that environment, and be in a position to serve in an advisory capacity
- Able to further assist the Aravo support team in managing the customer's support cases and conducting semi-annual Customer Care service reviews
