Accenture Procurement Solutions
Aravo Supplier Information Management has enabled Accenture Procurement Solutions (APS) to realize major process efficiencies in helping clients streamline operations, improve purchasing efficiency, and reduce supply costs. As a result, the company can now support dozens of customers with only a few staff members, and first catalog submission error rates have dropped from 85 to less than 5 percent.

States of Florida and North Carolina
Working with Accenture and Aravo Supplier Information Management, the state of Florida's procurement organization recently launched a project that required registering over 40,000 suppliers-and was able to go live with 80 percent of these suppliers and their 793 catalogs in only four months. A similar initiative in the state of North Carolina was equally successful, with 70 percent of more than 25,000 suppliers with 550 catalogs enabled in a six-month period.
