Aravo Supplier Information Management has enabled Accenture Procurement Solutions (APS) to realize major process efficiencies in helping clients streamline operations, improve purchasing efficiency, and reduce supply costs. As a result, the company can now support dozens of customers with only a few staff members, and first catalog submission error rates have dropped from 85 to less than 5 percent.

States of Florida and North Carolina
Working with Accenture and Aravo Supplier Information Management, the state of Florida's procurement organization recently launched a project that required registering over 40,000 suppliers-and was able to go live with 80 percent of these suppliers and their 793 catalogs in only four months. A similar initiative in the state of North Carolina was equally successful, with 70 percent of more than 25,000 suppliers with 550 catalogs enabled in a six-month period.

Oracle
Upon completion of a project conducted in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), the Asia Pacific (APAC), and the Americas with Aravo Supplier Information Management, Oracle expects to realize global savings of $4.9 million- resulting in a 12x ROI. In EMEA, the company also doubled the number of catalogs implemented each month, reduced first submission catalog errors from a rate of 35 to 40 percent to just 2 to 5 percent, and increased spend under management from 45 percent to 75 percent without adding full-time employees.
